The XBOX ONE division at Microsoft along with Forza Motorsport is teaming up with Triple Eight Race and is set to join the Australian V8 Supercar Racing Series. The team will be racing a Holden V8 Commodore the 640-horsepower, 5.0-liter V8 saden (or saloon; as the Australian’s like to call it) can travel up to 185MPH and do 0-60 in about 3.3 seconds; will be wearing the tradition Xbox lime green livery and will be driven by highly professional racing team of Andy Priaulx who is usually racing his BMW and has race at Bathurst 3(three) times before; Racing with him one the Xbox One team will be Mattias Ekström who is used to driving an Audi around the track. They will be giving up their normal race car and will be racing the Holden Commodore Supercar V8 at the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000. Microsoft and Turn 10 Studios, who is responsible for creating the Amazing Racing Game that is Forza Motorsport, will have the the Bathurst racing track in the game as well as the Holden V8 Commodore. The Bathurst Race runs on the Mount Panorama Circuit covering 620 miles; So not only will these drivers be able to practice on the real track they can also practice on the Xbox One as well, Which is looking to gain more fan on its up coming Xbox One and Forza new racing game which is all set to be release around this year Holiday Shopping Season.
