New York, New York – Reports out of Jamaica tonight was the newly build Sangster International Airport was on fire, the gleaner is reporting that the fire started around 9 o’clock Jamaica time that’s 10 here in the eastern section of the states, fire fighters has been able to control the fire, which started at the Ajas Limited Terminal at Sangster. No reports of any major injuries or damages to the new constructed airport at the moment.
Ajas Limited one of the airports major ground handling companies, has been around since the 1940s, and hasn’t had any major accidents or incident. The company has yet to comment on this matter.
Sangster International Airport, one of the busiest airport in the Caribbean, with fights to UK; Canada; United States; South America, with visits from the 787 Dreamliner of Thomson Airways. Sangster Is also Jamaica biggest and major airport. Located in the Montego Bay section of Jamaica the airport has recently been going through a major renovations.
