U.S Track Star and IAAF World Championship gold medalist Torrin Lawrence died this morning when a truck crashed into his car after a tire blew out on Interstate 75 in Georgia around 1:45 a.m early this morning, he was only 25.
Lawrence was driving when this vehicle tired blew out and his car came to rest in the middle of the highway, Mr. Lawrence was able to call 911 from his car,while awaiting assistance, a truck rear ended his vehicle causing Mr. Lawrence to be thrown from the vehicle instantly killing the young track star. Many of supports took to twitter to spread their love, and sorrow for Torrin.

Lawrence, 25, attended University of Georgia, where he ran for the Georgia Bulldogs in the 400 meters and 300 meters, where he set the record for the first 300 meter indoor record, a record in which still stand today. Torrin Lawrence has competed for the USA Track team around the world. Earlier this year he competed for the U.S at the 2014 IAAF World Relays Championship in Nassau, Bahamas in the 4X400 relay race, where the United States went on to finish first capturing the gold medal.
