Emirates Inaugural Service to Chicago O’Hare International

Chicago, Illinois | Emirates officially begins Chicago service. An Emirates Boeing 777-200LR a long range aircraft operating EK 235 landed at Chicago O’Hare International airport, to lots of aviation enthusiast, journalist, photographers, and a welcome canon spray.

EK235 became Emirates 7th US destination after New York, Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, Boston, and Seattle, 8th in North America. Boston, Houston, Dallas and Chicago, all currently operated by Emirates 777-200LR aircraft. The 200LR are capability of flying between any two cities in the world without stopping.

EK 235 and EK 236 will be operated daily with a Boeing 777-200LR; EK 236 will depart Chicago O’Hare International at 8:35 P.M and due to land in Dubai 7:00 P.M The following day. EK 236 can be over 13 hours long.   EK 235 will depart from Dubai International Airport 9:45 A.M and land in Chicago around 4:25 P.M the flight is more than 14 hours long, and a first class ticket can cost as low as 18,000USD depending on dates.

Emirates Airlines is currently the only airline that offer direct service between the two cities.
